Shipping Damage Form
We use new, high quality boxes for every order and inspect each part before shipping. If you receive a part that is damaged, a shipping damage claim MUST be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item. Failure to report damage within the time frame will result in the claim being denied.
The claim will require both pictures of the damaged part and all sides of the shipping box. Pictures should be attached to the form below using the paperclip icon. Be as detailed as possible. We will contact you within 1-2 business days after submission to confirm your claim or ask for further information.
After the claim has been filed, the box and broken parts must be held onto for 30 days in the event that the carrier needs to investigate the claim.
