All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Cancellations & Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible. In most cases, we have a very short window to cancel an order.
Most uninstalled parts have a 90 day return period. If you need to return a part, please for return instructions or use the online return form available in the account section of our website. Processing time for returns is usually 1 to 2 weeks after the part is received in our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee and must be sent back at the dealer’s expense. Energy Parts Plus will not reimburse you for any fees that you might incur to send the product back. All products will be tested before a credit is issued and if the product is not in its original, unused condition, you will not receive a refund. Unauthorized returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any refused order will be charged a 20 % restocking fee.
Product Warranty
Most products carry a warranty; for details on your specific part, please refer to the product page. If you find a product to be defective in this time period, please contact us for claim instructions. Dealers are responsible for the cost of returning the defective product for testing but we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement product once the claim has been returned and if it is approved. However, if the item is determined to be “good” with no defect, the dealer will be charged the return shipping or the part will be disposed of. If a part is installed in a brand or model other than what is listed in the parts description, the warranty will be null and void. Any tampering or modifications to a part also voids the warranty.
Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS and most tracking is automatically provided when the order has been packaged and is waiting for pickup. If there is no information available online feel free to call to check the status of your order. Most products ship in 1 to 2 business days from our Montana warehouse and shipping time depends on the carrier selected. Special order products that have to be brought in from the manufacturer will have longer processing times and you will be notified of such.
Any damage during shipment has to be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item. Failure to report damage within the time frame will result in the claim being denied.
Backorders
While we try to stock every part listed on our website, occasionally we will run out of stock before our next shipment arrives. In the event that a part you need is out of stock, you can fill out the contact form (link to contact us page) and we will put the item on a Sales Order for you. We will notify you as soon as the part is restocked.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Energy Parts Plus. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Energy Parts Plus product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Energy Parts Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Energy Parts Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Energy Parts Plus shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Energy Parts Plus without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
